Stratum Foundation Repair provides a Lifetime Transferable Warranty for qualifying residential foundation repair services.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by plumbing leaks, tree roots, flooding, or soil movement outside the repaired area.
• Damage from future construction, remodeling, or landscaping changes.
• Work performed by others after our service completion.
